A website that brings in work.

Not a brochure. A site that books jobs, takes payments, and feeds your systems.

A website that brings in work
Your current site looks fine but the phone doesn't ring because of it.
The web shop that built it moved on, and now nobody can change anything.
Competitors with worse work outrank you because their site does the basics right.

How it works

1

Plan the job

One working session: what the site must DO (book, quote, sell), not just say.

2

Build and wire it

Designed on a proven system, wired to booking, payments and your tools. You review at every step.

3

Launch and hand over

Live with analytics, and you owning every account and password from day one.

4

Get found, both ways

Search optimization is part of the build, not an add-on. Structured to rank on Google locally, and organized so the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations can read, understand and suggest you.

I don't build static sites.

A website that never changes is a business card. This is a working asset: actively managed, aligned to your goals, and updated by both of us.

A backend you actually use

Change prices, hours, photos and pages yourself. No developer required, no waiting on me.

Full source access

The code, the accounts, the domain: yours from day one. Any competent developer could take over tomorrow.

No lock-in

Nothing proprietary holding you here. If we ever part ways, everything goes with you and keeps working.

Managed, not abandoned

We look at what the site is actually bringing in and adjust it as the business moves. It grows with you, or it isn't working.

I succeed when you succeed.

Recent builds.

A mix of client builds and my own products. I'll tell you which is which on the call.

What it costs

$4,000 to $8,000

one-time build. Optional care plan $150 to $300 a month.

Not sure which end of the range you'd land on? Start with the assessment: it answers that with a guarantee.

What moves the number

  • How many pages and whether the words and photos already exist
  • Online booking, payments, or quote forms
  • Whether it needs to talk to your calendar, CRM or QuickBooks

Is SEO included, or an upsell?

Included. Proper structure, local search signals, fast pages, and content organized so both Google and the AI assistants (the ones your customers now ask instead of searching) can find and recommend you. It's how this site is built too.

Why not a $500 template or a $15K agency site?

The template leaves you doing the wiring; the agency price buys their overhead. This is senior work at solo-operator cost, and the site belongs to you.

How long does it take?

Most sites: three to five weeks from the planning session to live.

What about Google Ads?

Part of the planning conversation, not a default. If paid ads make sense for your market and margins, we set them up properly and measure them. If they don't, I'll say so and save you the spend.

Chris Patten, founder of Headway

Senior work, without the agency wrapped around it.

I'm Chris Patten: 18 years as a CIO, an accountant by background, grew a company from $1M to $69M, built a platform that did $110M+, and built and sold my own business. You work with me directly, and I have no software to sell you.

Start with a free 20-minute call.

You talk, I listen, and I tell you honestly whether I can help, including "you don't need me for this." If we go further, the assessment is guaranteed and credited against your first project.
