Services05 Google review requests

Good work deserves to be heard about.

Make asking for feedback part of the job. I connect Google review requests to completed appointments or projects, so customers can share their experience without your staff chasing every follow-up.

A LITTLE FOLLOW-THROUGH

You do the good work.
Make room for the feedback.

Illustrative setup. Channels, messages, contact rules and reporting are agreed around your systems.

The review request journey, from completed work to customer feedback.
  1. THE TRIGGER

    The job is done.

A completed job or appointment starts the agreed follow-up.

  2. THE CHECK

    Is it OK to ask?

Check contact permissions, opt-outs and recent requests.

    Not eligible: stop
  3. THE INVITATION

    A message from you.

Your approved wording and review link, sent at the right moment.

    WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SEES

    Your business

Hi Alex, thanks for choosing Your Business.

If you'd like to share your experience, you can leave an honest review on Google.

    Leave a Google review

    Thanks for your time.
    Reply STOP to opt out.

    An invitation. No pressure.
The words and the rating are theirs.

  4. THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE

    They have their say.

The customer decides whether to review and what to write.

Sent does not mean reviewed. Published reviews are tracked separately.

The same invitation, whatever their experience. Contact checks never screen for a positive review.

01

Set up around your business

Connect the right profile and systems

I check your Google Business Profile and review link, then agree the integration, eligible customer records and sending channel with you. Profile verification or access issues are resolved before launch.

Agree who gets contacted

We check contact permissions, opt-outs and repeat-contact rules. Requests go to eligible customers consistently, regardless of whether their feedback is likely to be positive or negative.

Test, then review

We test the trigger and messages before enabling them. You can see request activity and delivery failures where the connected tools support reporting. We review changes in review volume without claiming every new review came from the automation.

02

Real feedback, in your customers' words

The automation sends the invitation. Customers write their own reviews and choose their own ratings. No generated customer reviews, incentives or screening that sends only happy customers to Google.

I do not promise a star rating, a number of published reviews or a search ranking. Google decides what it publishes. The process follows Google's review policies.

03

What it costs

Quoted after a review of your systems and the scope. Setup depends on the integration, message channels and number of business locations. The proposal separates implementation from software subscriptions, message usage and any ongoing monitoring or support.

You retain control of your Google Business Profile. We agree account ownership, handover, response expectations and additional-work pricing before starting. Review replies and ongoing profile management are separate unless included in the proposal.

Start with a free discovery hour to discuss fit. A small paid pilot can test the process before a wider rollout.

Part of how customers find and choose you
