This is a discovery conversation. Detailed investigation, a technical audit or a dependable implementation estimate may need further work. Any paid next step is scoped and priced for your approval before it starts.

Try a paid pilot before a larger commitment

Where there is uncertainty, we can start with one bounded piece of work. Before the pilot begins, we agree the price, scope, responsibilities, timeline, acceptance criteria and how we will assess the result.

At the review, we decide whether to expand, revise the approach or stop. Continuing into a larger project or retainer is a separate decision.
