We start with the business problems that matter most, then agree the scope, responsibilities, dependencies and milestones. Once we understand the work and the availability of the people involved, we set a delivery timeline.
I work with your staff and suppliers to move that plan forward, resolve blockers and keep decisions moving. If a dependency or scope change puts a date at risk, I flag it early, explain the options and agree any timeline changes with you.

Availability and continuity
Your agreement sets the capacity reserved for your business, contact arrangements and response expectations. Scheduled project work, routine support and incident response are different commitments; we make those boundaries clear.
I draw on a broad network of experienced specialists for additional expertise and capacity. Where continuity coverage is needed, we agree backup responsibilities, access and escalation arrangements as part of the engagement plan. Specialist involvement and costs are agreed with you before that work begins.
What it costs

The right level depends on the time reserved and scope of responsibility. Before signing, we document the monthly allocation, on-site schedule, meetings, delivery work, response expectations and any separately priced specialist or support work.
Month to month after the first quarter. We agree the initial priorities and milestones before the engagement begins, and review the plan as the business changes.

When a full-time hire makes sense
If your needs grow beyond the agreed capacity, we discuss additional support or an internal hire. I can help define the role and support the transition.
