AgentsChase every estimate
Every estimate, chased until it closes.
A phone agent follows up on every open estimate, by call and by text, using rules you approve, until the job closes or the customer says no.
$900 setup, from $299 a month

How it works
- An estimate goes out and then nothing happens.
- You are too busy on the next job to follow up, so the good work goes cold.
- 01
Teach it your follow-up
We agree what it says, when it calls and texts, and when it should stop. You approve the scripts before activation.
- 02
Turn it on gently
It starts with a few open estimates. You listen to real recordings and we tighten it together.
- 03
Let it work the list
It calls and texts every open estimate on the schedule you set, and hands a warm lead back to you.
What it costs
$900 setup, from $299 a month
Month to month, cancel anytime. Activation timing is agreed after access and setup requirements are confirmed.
The price depends on the work we agree. The free hour helps us discuss fit and the next step. Scope and price are agreed before paid work begins.
What moves the number
- How many open estimates a month
- Whether it reads your CRM or a shared sheet
- How many open estimates it follows up on
- Call and text, or text only
- How it hands a warm lead back to you
What does it actually say?
Every message and call script is one you approved. It follows up, asks whether the customer wants to proceed, and books or hands the lead to you.
When does it stop?
We agree the follow-up schedule and the stop rules, so nobody is chased after they say no.
What it does not do
- Offer a discount.
- Change a quote.
- Keep calling after a customer says stop.
- Argue with a customer who says no; it records the reason and hands the conversation to you.
Try it now
Open the assistant and ask what a day-7 follow-up sounds like. It can also place a demo call to your phone between 8 am and 10 pm Toronto time.

Running costs and ongoing support
Before you commit, the proposal separates implementation from recurring costs: hosting, software subscriptions, usage charges, monitoring and support where applicable. It also sets the included maintenance or change allowance, response expectations and how additional work is priced.
We agree who owns each account, who operates the system after handover and how issues are escalated. Ongoing monitoring or incident response is included only where specified in the agreement.
